Questions #3
- Would it be possible to submit deliverables through email for approval?
- Response: The list of meetings in the RFP is intended merely as a guide, not necessarily a hard rule. CAMPO is certainly open to proposals about how to structure the process. Please just provide a general work plan of the design process from an initial meeting through a final approval.

Questions #2
- Under the deliverables for Meeting #2, it reads "(6) Sketch diagram/chart/illustrative designs". I would like to clarify if that means 6 of each (6 diagrams, 6 charts, and 6 illustratives), or 2 of each graphic type for a total of 6 graphics.
- Response: There should be a total of six, comprised of any combination of the aforementioned graphics or other style. We’re looking to get a good number of sketch graphics up on the wall for a pin-up at Meeting #2. Particular issues and the graphic types best suited to illustrate them will be discussed at Meeting #1.
- Maps could be considered illustratives, so why are they broken out of the other graphic deliverables for Meeting #2?
- Response: CAMPO has envisioned a unique regional map incorporating some of the key elements of the 2035 Plan comprising the front side of the poster, while some number of the other 6 would anchor the back. The map would need to maintain a certain degree of accuracy to the recently approved plan but CAMPO is interested in moving beyond the strict format of what currently exists in that document. However, CAMPO is certainly open to all other ideas besides maps during the design process. That would be discussed at Meetings #1 and 2.

Questions
Here are a few questions received so far with responses below:
- On page 4 of the RFP under Scope of Work, section B it says “...information regarding rates and fees must be submitted on the sheet included in the Request for Proposal”.
- Response: I apologize for any confusion. There is no other sheet. Please just include your detailed cost estimation in whatever format of your choosing with the rest of your submission.
- Under Scope of Work, section C Services, can you please confirm the deliverables for Meeting 2 – Presentation of Conceptual Designs? When you say sketch map designs, diagrams, poster themes, etc., are you referring to rough concepts to give an idea of what the final produced piece will look like? I want to be clear on what is meant by “sketch”.
- Response: Sketch designs are rough concepts that may or may not be developed further for the final layout. Meeting 2 is envisioned to be a pin-up where multiple alternatives and combinations of these designs can be discussed.
- Can you please clarify the deliverable for Meeting 5 – Approval of Final Layout? Is the “hard copy of finished poster” a 100%, to scale and 2-sided printout?
- Response: The consultant should present a 100% scale proof of the final poster layout at Meeting 5. That can be either two-sided or just two single side sheets.
